Your use of this site is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. By using this site, you signify that you unconditionally agree and accept to be legally bound by the Terms and Conditions. This also applies to all services that you request and purchase through Expo Travel Solutions Ltd.

The names of the shows mentioned may be registered trademarks to which Expo Travel Solutions Ltd has no claims.
The hotel information and listings are compiled from information provided by the hotels. We publish such information in good faith, based on the information provided. We have taken reasonable care to ensure that the content of the website including all hotel information is accurate and up-to-date. As such, we cannot be responsible for inaccuracies, errors, omissions or misleading information contained in the hotel listings or information.
The information, software, products and services published on this website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Expo Travel Solutions Ltd, does not guarantee the accuracy of and disclaims liability for inaccuracies relating to hotel and other supplier photographs, hotel property and other product descriptions and lists of hotel amenities and other product descriptions displayed on this website, much of which is provided by the respective suppliers.
Expo Travel Solutions Ltd will not pay you compensation and will not be held responsible, if we have to cancel or change your travel arrangements in any way because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control. These can include war or threat of war, civil strife, industrial dispute including air traffic control disputes, terrorist activity and its consequences, natural and nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, epidemics & pandemics, unavoidable technical problems with transport, closure or congestion of airports or ports
1. Making a Booking
Any booking made by you shall be deemed to be an offer by you which we may, at our choice, accept. No contract shall exist until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed to you. All rooms and prices on the website are subject to availability. You undertake to provide correct and accurate e-mail and/or other contact details to us and acknowledge that we may use these details to contact you in the event that this should prove necessary (see our Privacy Policy). It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the information you provide before completing the booking If you do not provide us with all of the information that we need at any stage of the booking process, we may not be able to complete your booking.
2. Prices and Payment
Services requested must be paid in full, by credit/debit card, or bank transfer at the time of booking. We try to provide prices accurately and all inclusively, however all prices displayed are subject to change and availability, and such prices are not final until full payment for the service concerned is made
3. Vouchers / Booking Confirmation
Vouchers are your proof of prepayment and you must present them to the hotel upon arrival. It is your responsibility to check the confirmation and make sure all details are correct. You should contact us prior to you travel at info@expotravelsolutions.com if any details on the confirmation are not correct. If you make a mistake, we will try to correct the booking details but cannot guarantee this will be possible. The cost of the service requested may vary on amendment of the details and if so you will have to pay these in addition. If the new details are not suitable you may cancel your reservation as per our cancellation terms
Accommodation will only be provided in accordance with the details in the voucher
4. Cancellations:
Unless otherwise specified, cancellations to confirmed bookings are subject to the following conditions per booking:
4.1. Any cancellations must be requested in writing through Expo Travel Solutions Ltd only.
4.2. Cancellations made between three months and thirty (30) days prior to your stay will incur the charge for the first night's accommodation per room and per hotel. If your booking is for a one night stay only, a one night cancellation charge per room still applies and therefore you will not be entitled to any refund.
4.3. Cancellations made within 30 days of your stay will incur full cost and be fully non-refundable.
4.4. Where cancellation applies to multiple room bookings the cancellation fees apply for each room booked
4.5. Any refunds that are processed to the client via wire transfer or credit card will incur a 25 EUR administrative processing fee.
4.6. Unless booked through Expo Travel Solutions Ltd, we shall not be responsible for your transportation to or from the hotel. Cancellation charges will still apply if you are unable to travel to the hotel due to such circumstances.
4.7. In cases where refund is due, Expo Travel Solutions Ltd shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or cost relating to bank charges, currency exchange rate fluctuation etc.
5. Amendments:
5.1.Any amendments must be requested in writing through Expo Travel Solutions Ltd only. Should the customer decides to contact the hotel directly Expo Travel Solutions Ltd cannot commit to guarantee any refunds or assistance to the customer for any problems or issues that may arise. Expo Travel Solutions Ltd will do its best to assist the customer for any last minute requests however no guarantees can be given
5.2. Amendments to confirmed bookings are subject to the following conditions per room booking:
5.2.1. Amendments made within 14 days of your stay will incur the full cost of the booking and therefore you will not be entitled to any refund.
5.2.2. Any other changes will incur a 25.00 EUR charge per booking
5.3. In case client used any additional nights/services at the hotel there were not included in the original booking and in case such were not covered by the client upon departure Expo Travel Solutions Ltd reserves the right to charge client for them.
5.4. In cases where refund is due, Expo Travel Solutions Ltd shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or cost relating to bank charges, currency exchange rate fluctuation etc.
6. Names Lists
The final names list must be provided to Expo Travel Solutions Ltd no later than 14 days before the arrival date for reservations finalized more than 14 days before the arrival date. For reservations finalized less than 14 days before the arrival date names should be provided at the time of booking. Any name change requests made less than 14 days before arrival cannot be guaranteed and Expo Travel Solutions Ltd cannot be held responsible for any issues arising thereafter
6. Busy Periods
6.1. These are periods when fairs, exhibitions, conferences etc are taking place at the location/city where you have decided to stay
6.2. Any cancellation or amendment at any time of a stay falling within a busy period is fully non refundable. The only exceptions to this will be where additional rooms/nights are added to existing confirmed rooms or nights.
6.3. Bookings in hotels during busy periods are kept and guaranteed until 6 pm on the day of arrival. After 6 pm the hotel can release the booking as a "no-show" if late arrival has not been specified before. Expo Travel Solutions Ltd cannot take responsibility for unreported late arrivals and any issues arising thereof.
6.4. Unless otherwise specified any reservation will be considered with the standard check in, and the hotel's policy on check in time will apply. Please inform your reservation agent of any changes in the arrival time.
7. All non-accommodation services such as flight tickets, transfers, sightseeing tours,etc are non-refundable.
8. Star Rating and Quality of Accommodation
Star ratings and type of rooms provided by a hotel may vary in quality from country to country and should not be relied upon alone to indicate the quality of the accommodation. It is customer’s responsibility to independently check and make sure that hotel meets his needs. Below are examples of each room type for guidance purposes only.
Single room
Accommodation for one adult only in a room with one bed.
Twin room
Accommodation for two adults in a room with two beds. Bed sizes for this room type are usually "twin" or "full" in European hotels and "queen" in American hotels.
Double room
Accommodation for two adults in a room with one bed. Alternatively two beds made up as one.
Triple room
Accommodation for three adults in a room with two or three beds. Bed sizes and arrangements may vary. A Triple room does not guarantee three separate beds. One bed may be a roll-away bed.
Twin room for sole use
Accommodation for one adult in a room with one or two beds. This room type is suitable for accommodating one person only.
Quad room
Accommodation for four adults in a room with two, three or four beds. Arrangement of beds may vary considerably.
Twin/Double + child
Twin or Double room with an extra bed suitable for a child aged between 2 - 18 years. However, some hotels will not provide a child bed for children over 12 years.
Cot/cradle or crib
Suitable for a child under the age of 2 years.
9. Unavailability
In the event of a confirmed booking becoming unavailable, we will endeavour to offer an alternative hotel at an equivalent standard and price in the same general location. If no such alternative is available we shall refund the cost of your original booking with Expo Travel Solutions Ltd to you. Otherwise you may exercise your right of cancellation as set out above in Clause 4. We will also endeavour to contact you in advance and advise of this unavailability. However, where it is not possible to contact you in advance we shall endeavour to ensure that the relevant hotel looks after any change of accommodation as quickly and efficiently as possible. In any of the above cases, Expo Travel Solutions Ltd is not subject to any claims from the client's side and cannot be liable for any additional expenses that the client may incur as a result of a confirmed hotel becoming unavailable.
10. Complaints
Any complaint regarding the hotel must be notified to the hotel reception desk or to the relevant hotel representative during your stay at the hotel and the hotel management must be given adequate opportunity to rectify the situation. If you fail to resolve the issue with the hotel please contact us at info@expotravelsolutions.com. However be advised that Expo Travel Solutions Ltd cannot guarantee nor do take responsibility for the standard of accommodation and services provided by hotel
11. Modification
Expo Travel Solutions Ltd may at any time modify any part of the site, including the products and services and the Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without prior notice and your continued use of this site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.
